Authentication Service
We stand behind our authentication service. If, for any reason, we are unable to evaluate your CHANEL jewelry, rest assured with our money-back guarantee. We commit to a full refund in such cases.
Orders
When placing an order, we will send you an immediate receipt by email confirming the placement of your order.
Please note that this receipt is not an order confirmation and that the order is not binding upon us at that time. A binding agreement between you and REALAX.co has not been entered until we confirm by email that the order is binding upon us.
The final order confirmation will include delivery and tracking information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
Prices & Payment
Your card will be debited when your order has been confirmed and processed.
Purchases within Denmark includes 25% VAT which are included in the price seen on the website. Purchases within the EU includes your local TAX rate. All customers located outside of the EU will be charged the local taxes and VAT in customs duties.
The card issuer may add service charges to the payment. Any such service charges will be added to the total price.
Delivery
Products ordered in the Shop are delivered worldwide. We strive to offer the best delivery services and, consequently, all orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days.
During public holidays, the time of delivery must be expected to be longer.Regular service to EU countries is approx. 5-6 business days as from the date of dispatch.
Regular service to non-EU countries is approx. 7-8 business days as from the date of dispatch.
Returns
For items purchased through our shop, we offer a standard return and refund policy. Please return items within 14 days of purchase, ensuring they are in their original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, the security stickers on the jewelry must not be compromised.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice (except the carrier) receives the physical possession. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. However, you do not have the right of withdrawal when purchasing commisioned goods.
You return your purchase by letting us know that you regretted your purchase. Please write an email stating that you regret: contact@realax.co and you will receive a guide for returns.
The costs associated with the return will be covered by you. The item must be shipped without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is complied if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
In case you’d like to return an order purchased as a ‘gift with a purchase’ campaign, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned with the rest of the order, you will be deducted the price of the gift from your refund.
Notifications about defects & complaints
The packages are insured during carriage, and we ask you to kindly to verify the content upon receipt. If the package or its content is damaged upon arrival, please report this to us within a reasonable period and no later than two months from receiving your receipt.
Irrespective of whether any errors or defects are ascertained upon receipt or at a later date, all products are subjects to the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven), which gives you 24 months to complain about a product.
